Once you create your profile as a client, you can select caregivers as per your requirements and their availability. Once you book an appointment and the caregiver or companion accepts your appointment request, you can connect with them via in-app texting.

This service comes in handy when you have to go out of town or require respite, giving you the peace of mind that your loved ones are looked after in your absence.

Upon downloading the app and completing registration as a professional, your profile will undergo a background check. Once the check is complete and your profile is cleared, you will be instantly notified by email.

Subsequently, you will be required to log back into the app or website and finalize your profile by adding essential details, such as your desired tasks and professional experience. Finally, after updating your availability, clients will immediately be able to schedule appointments with you.

To become a Caregiver/PSW, you should have the required experience along with a basic training and skills program. There are no requirements to become a Companion.

Both Caregivers and Companions should have the requisite patience and compassion essential to this industry.

After creating your profile on MF Homecare, a background check is initiated, and typically takes 1 to 12 hours. Once approved, you can complete your profile and immediately start accepting requests.

At MF Homecare, Caregivers and Companions are paid weekly for all the appointments they completed up to that day (e.g. If your payday is the 8th of March, you will be paid for all services rendered from March 1st to March 7th).

After completing a background check, there is no specific experience required to become a Companion. Compassion and emotional intelligence are the two major traits integral to this role, which will naturally be reflected in your reviews and rating when clients are browsing options.
